Is someone who intentionally hurts your heart and messes with your emotions?

definitely worse. physical scars heal but often emotional ones don’t.

I would say worse because they are preying on you emotionally most everyone can say that they often still feel the emotional scars even if it happened ten years ago as if it happened today

It’s worse than physical. I’d rather someone kick my asss than intentionally jack with me emotionally.
It also helps that I’m pretty much dried up and dead inside. I highly recommend it.

I think I could deal a whole lot better with hurt feelings than being physically attacked by someone.
At least your body doesn’t have to recover and repair itself from hurt feelings. Hurt feelings heal better than say a broken bone or black eye.
Although a person may be emotionally damaged from a person who plays mind games. For that a shrink can be seen and your body is fine.
Get hit in the face and your dealing with pain and possible disfigurement. See where im going with this?

Every emotion we activated in past still resides unaltered in that form in our mind. Nothing ever gets deleted or disappears. It is all in our mind, efficiently stored. the art of getting hurt, getting recovered, forgiving and getting it out of your system. Forgiving is the most compassionate emotion and when you practice it, you will be actually recycling a dead emotion and getting back your energy. Give up your grief because you are the cause of your own suffering not anyone else nor any circumstances.

Luckily for me …. due to the downturn in the economy I pawned my heart, early last year, for a full tank of gas and I weigh like 543 pounds …. so either way …. you have your work cut out for you.

I think the pain is worse because it takes longer to heal.
